I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation. 

New clients will be required to pay a 20% deposit that will go towards your appointment. 

If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior or the day of your deposit is Non-Refundable as I now have no time to fill your slot.

If the existing client cancels within less than 24 hours a 50% fee of the scheduled appointment will be added to your next appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late you are subject to have the appointment canceled or I can work on you but will have to stop within your scheduled time slot unless arranged previously.
